Motley Fool: CNG catching on in America

Compressed natural gas vehicles are catching on in America, especially among businesses and government organizations that have fleets, said Paul Nelson, president of Ward Alternative Energy, a subsidiary of Ward Petroleum. The increase in CNG use is due to a number of market drivers, he said, including natural gas supply, natural gas and compressed natural gas pricing, governmental emissions and regulatory compliance, the number of engineered offerings and conversions, and industry and public policy support. Nelson spoke Monday to Enid Rotary Club.
